These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, China.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it shall be settled through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese, and the award shall be final and binding.

13. Changes to Terms
